3. Bookings & Payments

4. Pricing

• Package inclusions and exclusions are clearly mentioned for each tour package.

5. Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation and refund requests are handled according to the cancellation terms of the selected package and the policies of the relevant travel service providers.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the cancellation policy of the respective package.

Travelers are responsible for carrying valid identity proof, passports, visas, permits and other required travel documents. N1 Tours will not be responsible for losses, cancellations, denied boarding, entry refusal or travel disruption arising from missing, expired, incorrect or invalid documents.

8. Health & Safety

Travelers should ensure they are medically fit for the chosen tour and must follow all safety instructions issued by local authorities, travel partners and tour representatives.

• Customers should disclose any health condition that may affect travel or activity participation.
• Adventure activities are subject to safety rules, weather conditions and operator approval.

9. Limitation of Liability

N1 Tours acts as a travel facilitator and is not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, natural disasters, loss of baggage, personal injury, supplier failure, government restrictions, operational changes or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
